Dr Karen Koetsie

Dr Koetsie completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery before completing her specialist training in Ophthalmology at Wits and receiving her Fellowship in Ophthalmology from the Colleges of Medicine and Surgery of South Africa. She is currently employed as a head of clinical unit at St John Eye Hospital, Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital.

Areas of interest include orbital and oculo-plastic surgery.
