Professor Tracy-Lynn Field
Tracy-Lynn Field has twenty years’ research and teaching experience in the fields of environmental justice and the (mis)use of Earth’s endowment for present and future generations. She has published in national and international peer-reviewed academic journals, as well as the popular media and has successfully supervised more than 30 LLM and PhD students. Her current and past research and consulting engagements have involved work for the FILE Foundation, the Water Research Commission, the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and the International Council on Mining and Metals, amongst others.
Jonathan Ilunga Muledi, PhD, is an agricultural engineer, with a Master of Science in plant biology and environment. He teaches silviculture and dendrometry at the Department of Management of Renewable Natural Resources (MRNR) of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences of the University of Lubumbashi. He is a member of ForestPlots.Net and the SEOSAW network.

Her work includes using the tools of advocacy, public interest litigation and research in advancing social justice and activism. Her main areas of research interest include the anti-repression of activists, corporate accountability, and the intersection of race and gender in poverty and the law.
ProfileNino Rodda is a PhD candidate and a Research Assistant at Wits University. She has a 3-year research experience in Water Law, Environmental Law, Climate Change and Energy Law, Transport law and regulations, Public Procurement laws and Regulations, Labour Law, Administrative Law and Jurisprudence.
ProfileZunaida has been appointed as a Research Assistant to work on the Water Justice Tracker which entails developing a database of water-related conflicts and protests at a municipal level. Zunaida is also a Sessional Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand and a Rapporteur for the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School.
