Capacity-building for Namibia's Communications Regulator 

LINK Centre Director Dr Lucienne Abrahams facilitated four days of collaborative capacity-building sessions (11 to 14 Sept. 2017 in Windhoek) with staff of the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN). The sessions, under the theme of "Policy, Regulation and Governance for the Digital Economy" were convened at the Namibia Institute of Public Administration and Management (NIPAM).
