Sport participation is associated with quality social networks boosting social and psychological health. Sport engagement has also been linked to healthy ageing, making it easier for individuals to achieve market and non-market objectives through interactions with other individuals.
Recreational and Competitive Sport
While there are a range of tournaments for adults, university staff also participate in the University Sport South Africa (USSA) 雷速体育_雷速体育直播 Sport Programme, Southern African Universities Sport amongst other tournaments.
