BSc (Hons) in Property Studies

The BSc (Hons) in Property Studies is a one-year full-time degree.

Overview


Upon completion of the course, students qualify with a BSc Hons in Property Studies degree. The course allows graduates to pursue various opportunities in the property industry including property valuation, facilities management, property development, property finance, market research and asset management among others.

Entry Requirements


  • BSc Property Studies or equivalent property related degree at 60% weighted average for final year courses; or
  • BTech or Advanced Diploma or equivalent property related degree at 65% weighted average for final year courses.
